Supply of Transformers, PVC Cables and Electrical Kits by IESCO

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-Bids for the year 2026-27 from registered firms and manufacturers for supply of electrical materials on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Rajjar. The tender comprises fourteen line items including 63 KVA to 630 KVA pad mounted transformers, PVC cables ranging from 70mm² to 1/C 70mm², straight joint kits, termination kits in single and three core indoor/outdoor variants, and PVC joint kits. The total bid board amount is approximately PKR 10.5 million covering quantities from 5 to 2,500 units depending on item. All materials shall conform to relevant WAPDA and NTDC specifications as amended to date.

Bidders must be registered with DISCOs, PPMC, WAPDA, NGC or FBR, and must hold valid prototype approval where applicable. A sealed bid security or guarantee in the form of bank guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan with rating A+ or above must be submitted in original, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity for most items and 88 days for specific tenders. The bid shall be valid for 60 days for items 36-38 and 120 days for items 32-35 and 39-45. Full quantity bids are mandatory; partial bids will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal at http://www.epads.gov.pk. The tender will be opened on a single stage one envelope basis on 28 July 2026 at 10:30 AM at IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad, in the presence of participants or authorized representatives. Prices must be firm and final on DDP basis without foreign exchange involvement. Bidders should have valid prototype approval at the time of bid opening.
