The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department invites tenders for the improvement and rehabilitation of the surrounding area of Masjid and Juloos way of 12th Rabi-ul-Awal in Karachi, Sindh. This infrastructure project, valued at Rs 19,99,99,890, aims to enhance the civic facilities and public spaces in the designated locality. The tender is issued under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure via the EPPADS e-procurement platform, with a tender cost of Rs 5,000 and bid security requirement of Rs 9,999,995. Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC License in Category C-4 or above with specialization codes CE01, CE09, or CE10. Mandatory requirements include active NTN and SRB registration certificates, valid FBR tax clearance, an audited annual report from an ICAP-registered firm, and proof of similar construction experience during the last five years with at least 100 percent government sector work experience. Bidders must also provide evidence of machinery ownership or lease agreements, demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least the cost of the scheme over five years, and submit affidavits confirming no black-listing or litigation with government entities. Bid security may be furnished through pay order, CDR, or bank guarantee in favour of KMC.

All bids must be submitted online only through the EPPRA e-Procurement System before 29 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 90 days.
