Description / Scope of Work
Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan, operating under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the Annual Operation, Repair and Maintenance Contract (AORMC) of the HVAC system installed at the new building. The scope covers operation, repair, and maintenance services for a 702 TR cooling capacity and 198 TR heating capacity system for the financial year 2026-27, with contract duration of one year extendable for three to six months subject to competent authority approval. The system includes two 325 TR Trane water-cooled screw chillers, one cooling tower, ten air handling units, one dual-fuel hot water generator, three VRF heat pump multi-split AC systems, six centrifugal water pumps, ventilation fans, air curtains, air separator, expansion tank, and building management system. The contract excludes spare parts and requires preventive maintenance materials and consumable items.
Bidders must deploy minimum technical personnel including one site engineer with B.E./B.Tech (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and 5-7 years experience in water-cooled screw chillers, one supervisor with DAE/B.Tech HVAC and 5-7 years relevant experience, one electrician with AE/2-year electrical diploma and 5-7 years experience, three plant operators (one per shift) with DAE HVAC and 3-5 years experience, and one mechanical fitter with 2-year diploma and 3-5 years experience. The contractor must provide 365 days, 24-hour operation, repair and maintenance services. Bid security and other financial requirements are as specified in the bidding documents.
