Ongoing wheat supply contract for District Jail Attock's inmate dietary needs.
Scale appears medium—single institutional buyer with predictable consumption patterns. Notable: e-tendering via PPRA/EPADS suggests formal compliance burden; delivery schedules in Bid Data Sheet (not disclosed here) will determine logistics complexity. Recurring procurement typical for prisons. Supplier must navigate blacklist verification and tax authority registration—standard but administratively demanding for smaller vendors.
Who can bid: Registered suppliers, sole proprietors, companies, and authorized dealers must be registered with tax authorities and EPADS (PPRA portal). Not blacklisted by procuring agency or PPRA. Government enterprises need competent authority authorization. Joint ventures/consortiums allowed if jointly liable. Typically require NTN, active SECP/FBR status, and clean audit history.
