THQ Hospital Murree, operating under the District Health Authority Murree in Punjab, invites sealed bids from registered distributors, contractors, and general order suppliers for seven framework contracts totaling approximately 245 million rupees for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers general store items, medical gases, transport services, printing and publication materials, stationery, X-ray films and chemicals, laboratory reagents, dialysis items, and dental supplies. Bids are invited on a single-stage single-envelope basis from firms registered with Sales Tax, PRA, or Income Tax departments. The estimated cost for the general items package is 30 million rupees, with individual contracts ranging from 15 to 110 million rupees depending on the category.

Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least two years of supply orders from government or autonomous organizations and must provide proof of active National Tax Number and Sales Tax registration. A mandatory affidavit on 100-rupee stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting status, certificate of registration for sole proprietors or companies registered with SECP, and a bank statement showing a minimum balance of 3 million rupees for the past year are required. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted as a fresh Central Depository Receipt in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders must accept all terms and conditions of the tender document, duly signed and stamped, and at least two of three general clauses must be fulfilled, including submission of company profile with contact details and valid National ID card information.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from Ep.punjab.gov.pk (E-Procurement Punjab portal). Online bid submission closes on July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid security to be deposited at the Medical Superintendent's office by the same deadline. Technical bids will be downloaded and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day at the hospital address in the presence of attending bidders. All tender processes will follow PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
