Framework Contract for Police Store Procurement by District Police Officer Pakpattan

The District Police Officer, Pakpattan invites single stage two envelope sealed tenders for framework contracts to procure miscellaneous items and services for the police store during the financial year 2026-27. The tender comprises four lots with a total estimated cost of 87.49 million Pakistani rupees, covering purchase of general items including hot and cold items, sports fund, tents and tarpaulins, ordinance store, furniture, computer hardware and software, plant and machinery; procurement of petroleum oil and lubricants, filters, batteries, tyres and transport repair services; stationery and printing charges with computer consumables; and repair of office and residential buildings. The scope extends across various police operational requirements at the DPO office in Pakpattan, Punjab.

Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and the Punjab Revenue Authority to participate in the tendering process. Bid security of 4 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a call deposit receipt, pay order or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the District Police Officer, Pakpattan. Successful bidders will be required to deposit an additional performance security of 5 percent of the total contract value. Bidders must bring physical samples of items at the time of tender opening, and all quoted rates must be inclusive of general sales tax and remain valid until 30 June 2027.

Interested bidders should download the bidding documents free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx. E-bids must be uploaded to the Punjab e-Procurement System before 28 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with hard copy bid security also submitted physically by the same deadline. Tender opening will occur on 28 July 2026 at 12:30 PM at the District Police Officer office in Pakpattan.
