Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Police Officer, Sargodha Region invites open competitive bids for a framework contract covering the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses purchase of lubricants (oil), miscellaneous stationery items, computer stationery and computer paper, miscellaneous other items, plants and machinery items, furniture including tables and chairs, spare parts and repair of government vehicles, repair of government machinery, and repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings. The total estimated cost is 28.79 million Pakistani rupees with individual contract values ranging from 0.99 to 9 million rupees across nine separate items. The tender is for the RPO Office located in Sargodha, Punjab Province, serving the operational and maintenance needs of the police region.
Bidding is open to well-reputed and financially capable firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Sales Tax Department and holding General Sales Tax registrations. Prospective bidders must submit bid security in the prescribed form, either as a Certified Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid security amounts are specified for each item, ranging from 19,800 to 180,000 Pakistani rupees. Successful bidders will be required to deposit performance guarantee equal to two percent of the total contract cost in the form of a demand draft or bank guarantee, which will be refunded upon successful completion. All bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date.
Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded by eligible bidders before the closing date of 25 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 25 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the office of the Regional Police Officer, Sargodha.
