Sealed quotations are invited from licensed and reputable security companies for the provision of armed security guard services on a twelve-hour duty basis and armed escort services across multiple locations in Pakistan including Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Islamabad in Sindh and other provinces. The tender encompasses financial quotation for armed security guards on twelve-hour duty, supervisors, armed escort personnel, and escort vehicle services. Eligible bidders must hold a valid operation licence issued by the Ministry of Interior and relevant provincial permits for operations in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan as applicable. Companies must possess SECP Registration Certificate and FBR/NTN registration, EOBI and SSL/Labour Department registrations, ISO 9001:2015 certification or compliance certification with ISO 18788:2015 or ANSI/ASIS PSC 1:2012. Active membership of AIPSAA and ICoCA is required along with a company profile demonstrating a minimum of seven years relevant experience in security services with details of major clients. Interested parties must submit details of available manpower, operational capabilities, resources, and valid security clearances for deployed personnel issued by respective Provincial Home Departments.
