PCMMDC seeks security guard services for FY 2026-27, a recurring annual contract likely involving multiple guards across cattle market facilities in Punjab.
Scale appears medium to large given the institutional scope and multi-location nature of cattle markets. Key consideration: bidders must hold valid security licenses and demonstrate capacity for sustained personnel deployment. Tight compliance with PPRA 2014 rules applies. This is typical of government service contracting—likely multi-year potential if performance is satisfactory, but initial contract covers one fiscal year only.
Who can bid: Bidders must typically be registered security service providers holding valid licenses issued by relevant provincial authority. Registration with SECP (if corporate entity) or NTN with FBR is typically required. No restriction on firm size stated explicitly; however, capacity to deploy trained personnel is essential. Typically, security firms must demonstrate insurance coverage and compliance with labor laws.
