Tax Registration: Must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Sales Tax (in case of procurement of goods) and/or the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for services. PEC Registration: Must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C6 or above. Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in relevant works. Financial Turnover: Must demonstrate a financial turnover of at least Rs. 450 Million over the last three years, verified via bank statements.
