Renovation of Admin Block and Officer's Accommodation at QASPL Bahawalpur

Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt) Ltd. (QASPL) invites applications from eligible sole proprietors, firms, and companies to serve as contractors for renovation of the Admin Block, construction of Officer's Accommodation, supplies of equipment, and miscellaneous civil works for Phase II at the QASPL Bahawalpur site office. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 97.9 million excluding all applicable direct and indirect taxes. The scope encompasses comprehensive renovation and construction activities at the Bahawalpur facility in Punjab province. This tender is advertised under reference IPL-7114 and follows the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Eligible bidders must be sole proprietors, firms, or companies preferably having relevant registration under Pakistani laws and demonstrable experience in similar civil works projects. All applicants are required to submit bid security of Rs. 3.0 million (3 percent of estimated cost) in the form of a bank guarantee issued by Bank of Punjab as per PPRA direction vide letter No SQ(RC)5-4/2024 dated 19-05-2026. Bid security must accompany the application and bidders must submit their proposals through the E-Procurement portal.

Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document from the E-Procurement platform, QASPL website, and PPRA website. Applications for multiple civil works must be submitted through E-Procurement by 30-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Applications will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office address provided.
