Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of Huawei 3 phase inverters for the Technical Directorate of DHA City Karachi in Sindh. The complete specifications and quantity details are provided in the tender documents. Bidders are required to quote prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, with offers valid for one month from the submission date.
Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and quantity information can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office until 1600 hours on 20 July 2026 upon submission of a written application accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2,000 in the form of a pay order favourable to PDOHA City Karachi. Bidders must provide complete specifications, warranty type and period, validity of offer, and delivery schedule. Equipment must be quoted strictly as per given specifications with no alternate options accepted. Only the lowest possible prices are encouraged.
Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by 1430 hours on 21 July 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day. Tenders should be addressed to the Additional Director (Procurement) DHA City Karachi and the equipment nomenclature should be clearly marked on the right corner of the sealed envelope. Payment will be issued by cheque following delivery of items. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
