Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST) Nawabshah, located in District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, is inviting electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (E-PADS) for two major procurement projects. The first project involves supply and installation of a 200kW (gross) off-grid/hybrid solar system at the QUEST campus, with an estimated value of Rs. 983,600 and earnest money requirement of Rs. 983,600. The second project covers supply and installation of air-conditioners in classrooms at QUEST Nawabshah, valued at Rs. 967,872 with identical earnest money. Both projects have a completion period of six months and are being procured under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure on a least-cost award basis.
Bidders must have valid registration in NTN and SRB, with a minimum of five years experience in the relevant field as detailed in the bid document. Firms must provide evidence of applicable turnover, detailed company portfolio, and affidavits confirming they are not involved in litigation with abandoned or executing agencies and have not been blacklisted. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 must be submitted for each tender, and bid security of 5 percent of the respective project value is mandatory in the form of a pay order favoring QUEST.
Bid documents are available for download from www.quest.edu.pk and the SPPRA (EPADS) portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk from 24 August 2026 through 08 September 2026. Completed bid documents must be submitted online on the SPPRA (EPADS) website by 11:00 AM on 08 September 2026. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM on the same date in the Conference Hall, Vice Chancellor Secretariat, QUEST Nawabshah. Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend.
