New Flags for Main Campus by IBA Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the supply of new flags for its main campus located on University Road, Karachi, Sindh. This request for quotation (RFQ-003874) seeks three types of flags, each measuring 4.5 feet by 6 feet: three AACSB Logo Flags, three IBA 70 Years Logo Flags, and three Pakistan Flags. All flags must be safely overlocked with 5-thread stitching for durability, and submission of a mandatory sample is required for quality approval before the order can proceed. The total quantity comprises nine flags, and delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi.

Quotations must be submitted by 15 July 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bidders are required to meet all material specifications as outlined in this request, and IBA reserves the right to cancel any items if materials do not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after receipt of invoice and delivery of items. General Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items only, and a liquidity damage penalty of 2% per month will be imposed on delayed deliveries. The rate quoted is final with no changes permitted.
