Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the provision of Nova Source Renal Pack comprising hospital diets and extras totalling 249 litres for the quarter ending September 2026. The tender is issued by the Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area under the Renal Supplies and Transport Division, located in Gujranwala, Punjab. The contract covers supply with and without transport services for the entire city, with rates required inclusive of all applicable taxes. The contract validity period extends for three months from 28 July 2026.
Bidders must be pre-qualified firms eligible to participate in government procurement. Firms are required to submit one sample of the product along with their quotation. Bid security of 5 percent of the total quoted amount is mandatory, with a maximum limit of ten thousand rupees, to be deposited as a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) accompanying the quotation. Failure to provide the required sample and bid security will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
Bidding documents are available for collection from the address of the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport, Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area, Gujranwala Cantonment, between 0900 and 1500 hours on any working day. Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Supply and Transport Branch, Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area, by 1000 hours on 28 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours on the same date.
