Procurement of Imported LPG 900 MT for July 2026 by PSO

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of imported LPG 900 MT for the month of July 2026. The tender reference number is GF-19790-JA and will be conducted through a single stage, one envelope bidding procedure via the SAP Ariba Portal. This procurement is managed by PSO's procurement department located at the 2nd Floor, PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi, in the Sindh province.

Eligible contractors must possess valid NTN and GST/PST certificates, and must be active tax payers. The owner or authorized representative must provide a CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) with their bid submission. Interested bidders are required to upload a duly signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead through the SAP Ariba Portal, accompanied by scanned copies of the required documentation. Parties without an Ariba Network ID must register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal to participate in this and future PSO tenders.

Tender documents will be available for collection through the SAP Ariba Portal from July 13, 2026 to July 28, 2026, between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Sealed bids must be submitted through SAP Ariba by July 28, 2026 at 02:15 PM, and bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM onwards.
