NUMS seeks supply, installation and fixing of laboratory cabinets for medical BA/BE programs at NIASR Rawalpindi.
Scale appears medium—institutional furniture procurement for specialized labs, likely 10–50 cabinets range based on typical laboratory setups. Deadline is tight (18 months from notice date, but submission in mid-2026). Two-envelope bidding and mandatory bank account requirement suggest formal procurement; payment tied to satisfactory completion and user sign-off, creating cash-flow risk for smaller suppliers.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with Income Tax, PPRA, Sales Tax, and company authorities. PEC registration not mandated (furniture, not construction). Joint ventures allowed if all members jointly liable and Lead Member designated. Ineligible if prior convictions, tax defaults, or insufficient experience in supply/installation. Valid maintained bank account mandatory.
