Three-year open framework agreement for ongoing building maintenance, repairs, and renovations at CoE-CPEC facilities in Islamabad.
This is recurring work with predictable revenue potential rather than a one-off project. Scale appears medium—covering multiple asset categories (structure, furniture, plant/machinery) across a federal organization's premises. The tight submission deadline (29 July 2026, 11:00 am) and requirement for physical bid deposit in Islamabad may exclude remote operators. Firms should verify their capability to maintain continuous service availability over 36 months.
Who can bid: Must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) sales tax department and hold active NTN. Physically based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Must provide non-blacklisting undertaking and documented evidence of prior building maintenance/renovation projects with completion certificates. No specific PEC category mentioned; typically construction-related service providers require relevant experience documentation.
