Event Management Services for Centre of Excellence CPEC – Open Framework Agreement

The Center of Excellence, China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CoE-CPEC) is inviting sealed bids for hiring of event management services under a three-year open framework agreement in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. This tender is for experienced and reputable event management service providers to support the Centre's activities and operations. The procurement is open to eligible firms with offices or setups in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, registered with the sales tax department and holding a valid National Tax Number (NTN). The scope covers event management services as required by CoE-CPEC during the contract period.

Bidders must be registered with the sales tax department and possess a valid NTN. Eligible firms must have relevant experience in event management services and be able to demonstrate their capacity through previous work completion certificates and reputation evidence. A refundable bid security of Rs. 20,000 is required from each bidder, to be submitted in hard form as a call deposit receipt in favor of PIDE, Islamabad. All participating firms must submit an undertaking confirming they have not been blacklisted by any organization or establishment. The bid should be submitted in a single-stage, one-envelope format.

Interested firms must submit their technical proposals on or before July 29, 2026 by 11:00 hours in a sealed envelope. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee CoE-CPEC in the presence of vendors.
