The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) invites pre-qualification applications from national event management companies for establishment of an open framework agreement. This is a non-consultancy services procurement planned for FY 2026-27, with reference number P52454, to be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory near the ITP Office on Main Murree Road. The pre-qualification process aims to identify and shortlist capable service providers who will subsequently be invited to bid for event management contracts. Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible to participate in the formal bidding process that will follow this pre-qualification stage.
Eligible applicants must be registered national companies and demonstrate relevant experience in event management. Applicants are required to submit comprehensive documentation including past experience records, completed contracts, financial capacity statements, average annual turnover details, curriculum vitae of key personnel, and details of current ongoing contracts. The evaluation will assess technical qualifications, financial capacity, past performance, and relevant experience in similar event management assignments. Applicants must declare any historical contract non-performance, pending litigation, or litigation history as part of the eligibility verification process.
