E-Auction of Furniture and Fixed Assets by Utility Stores Corporation Pakistan

Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd invites sealed bids through electronic auction for the disposal of various furniture and fixed assets on an as-is, where-is basis. The e-auction is referenced as D10280 and will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 platform. The auction encompasses furniture, fixtures, and other fixed assets located at the corporation's facilities. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items at their designated locations before submitting bids to verify condition and specifications. The auction process is conducted in Sindh province with submission of earnest money at the Zonal Office in Lahore.

Eligibility is restricted to Pakistani nationals holding a Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA, along with NTN and GST registration. Participants must not be government defaulters or government servants. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Each participant must submit a Demand Draft or Pay Order as earnest money security valued according to their bid amount, deposited before 4:30 PM on 24-07-2026 at the Zonal Office, Scheme More, Multan Road, Lahore. A certificate on stamp paper worth Rs.100 must also be submitted declaring that the participant is neither a government defaulter nor a government employee. All government taxes are inclusive in the reserve price, and quoted prices must include all taxes, duties, levies, and sales tax/FED.

Bids will be submitted and evaluated through EPADS 2.0 from 12-07-2026 until 9:00 AM on 27-07-2026. The Auction Disposal Committee will open and process the e-auction at 11:00 AM on 27-07-2026, awarding items to the highest bidder meeting or exceeding the reserve price. Successful bidders must deposit 100 percent of the quoted amount as per actual quantities before lifting items from designated stations. Payment for items like iron scrap will be calculated based on actual quantity at the time of lifting, as EPADS quantities are estimates only. The Auction Disposal Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone proceedings. Any disputes will be referred to the Managing Director USC for final and binding arbitration.
