NARC is auctioning used vehicles on 10 September 2026 via online platform only (EPADS 2.0).
Bidders must inspect vehicles in person before bidding; no phone information is provided. The auction involves separate earnest money deposits per vehicle and phased payment (30% within 2 days, 70% within 7 days). Failure to complete payment forfeits earnest money and triggers three-year NARC blacklisting under PPRA rules. Vehicle transfer and all taxes/duties are buyer responsibility. This is a one-off disposal auction with strict compliance timelines.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid Pakistan CNIC (sufficient for NTN field) and register on EPADS Version 2.0. No specific business registration category is stated; typically, individuals and firms registered with SECP or holding NTN are accepted. No PEC category mentioned as vehicles are goods, not services.
