Supply of Steel Bar, Industrial Chemicals, Hand Tools and Allied Items by POF Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt invites sealed and electronically submitted bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the supply of various industrial items. The tender encompasses ten distinct line items including 3800 kg of 11mm diameter steel bar, industrial chemicals and gases (18 items), chemicals and lubricants (24 items), hand tools and shop equipment (8 items), nichrome rods (2 items), clutch plates (100 sets), MS rods (2 items), AL-MG master alloy (350 kg), and lifting tackles and ropes of all types (7 items). The procurement is being conducted at the Pakistan Ordnance Factories facility in Wah Cantt, Punjab, with all items detailed under separate Technical Evaluation numbers dated between April and June 2026.

Bidders must be registered with both the income tax and sales tax departments to be eligible for participation. Original manufacturers and authorized dealers are invited to submit their offers. All bidding documents containing detailed item-wise specifications, technical requirements and terms and conditions are available free of cost from the office of the Director-SCM or can be downloaded from the official POF website at www.pof.gov.pk. Interested suppliers should carefully review all documentation before preparing their bids.

Bids must be submitted in two parts: electronically through the POF E-Bidding Portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk and in sealed hard form addressed to the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall. Both submissions must reach on or before 30-07-2026 with a closing time of 1100 hours. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date.
