The Tehsil Municipal Officer Pabbi invites e-tenders under single stage two-envelope method (technical and financial) for fabrication of solid waste machinery in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes supply and fabrication of one front end loader with back hoe, two 1.5 cubic metre mini tippers, and three trolleys, all to be manufactured to complete specifications. The procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is open to experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms registered with relevant authorities. Bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS portal and hold valid NTN, GST, PEC registration and 3S facility certification for sale, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal on or before 14 September 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical evaluation scheduled for 11:30 am the same day. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax and KPPRA taxes shall be borne by the successful contractor. Rates must be quoted on free on rail basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The competent authority reserves discretion to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
