Description / Scope of Work
Military Engineer Services invites sealed tender applications from qualified contractors and firms for prequalification and issuance of tender documents for multiple term contracts in Punjab. The procurement encompasses five distinct categories of work at Gwa: miscellaneous repair, renovation and maintenance works (5 contracts); term contracts for decorative works under Building and Repair-I subdivision (5 contracts); term contracts for building works under Building and Repair-I subdivision (10 contracts); term contracts for internal electrification under Electrical and Mechanical subdivision (3 contracts); and term contracts for internal water supply and sui gas installation under Electrical and Mechanical subdivision (2 contracts). Each contract has an approximate estimated cost of Rs 4.000 million. The total scope represents significant infrastructure development and maintenance activities managed under PPRA Rules 13(I) of 2004 at the Gwa location in Punjab province.
All applicant contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with Engineering Setup in Category A, B, C, D or E with relevant prior experience in their respective fields. Contractors are required to submit certificates confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments in courts of law and that no special reports are outstanding against them. Applications will be scrutinized based on sufficient experience in the relevant field and ability to satisfy special conditions required for the job and area. Only prequalified contractors will receive tender documents.
Applications for tender documents must be submitted to GE (A)-I Gwa before 29 July 2026 with complete credentials and supporting documentation. Sealed tenders must be received in the office of the accepting officer by 12 August 2026 at 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day. Interested parties should contact the setup concerned or authorized representative for further details between 0800 and 1500 hours on all working days.
