Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Commissioner Gamba, Government of Gilgit Baltistan, invites sealed tenders from registered firms, contractors and suppliers for execution of three categories of works during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes supply of stationery items under code A03901, supply of miscellaneous and general items under code A03970, and repair of transport vehicles with supply of parts under code A13001. All three tender categories are to be opened on 3 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of authorized representatives. The tender reference number is SDG-CASH-4(1)/2026 and the procurement is being conducted for the Assistant Commissioner Office located in Gamba.
Separate sealed envelopes must be submitted for each procurement category on or before 3 August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with the category name clearly written on the envelope. A tender fee of 2000 Pakistani Rupees is required for each category. The call deposit and tender fee must be deposited in the National Bank through treasury Challan. Unit prices or rates should be indicated clearly and neatly for each category separately. Registered firms and contractors are eligible to participate. A firm or contractor may offer for one or more categories as required.
Quotation forms and the complete list of items are available at the Assistant Commissioner Office during office hours. Bids will be received until 3 August 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance under the provisions of PPRA Rules. For items not covered in quotations, rates will be determined in accordance with retail price or rate notified by the Price Control Committee in the market.
