Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27 through open competitive bidding. The procurement covers three categories: Stationary (estimated amount PKR 5,000,000), Ordnance Store (estimated amount PKR 50,000,000), and POL Charges (estimated amount PKR 50,000,000), with a total estimated value of PKR 105,000,000. The procuring agency is based in Lahore at 204-A Upper Mall Scheme. The bidding process will be conducted entirely through electronic means using the E-Procurement System (E-PADS) under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022.
Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. They must be firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents, dealers, or distributors engaged in trading. A bid security amount of 3 percent of the estimated amount is required for each procurement category: PKR 150,000 for Stationary, PKR 1,500,000 for Ordnance Store, and PKR 1,500,000 for POL Charges. Each bid must be submitted as a single package containing both technical and financial proposals (inclusive of all taxes) in complete conformity with the bidding document.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement System website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted online on the E-PADS platform by 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 07-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
