Municipal Committee Dunyapur is procuring ten different commodity and service categories under annual framework contracts totalling 41.5 million rupees.
This is a large, multi-lot municipal procurement covering routine supplies (stationery, electrical materials) and specialized services (sanitation, sewerage maintenance, sound systems). Framework structure means successful bidders will compete for repeat orders throughout 2026-27 rather than a single lump purchase. Bid security requirements are proportional, ranging from 25 lakh to 50 lakh rupees. Most lots are sized 2–5 million rupees, making this accessible to established SMEs already registered with tax and professional bodies.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered firms or companies actively engaged in trading with valid registration from PEC (if applicable), Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Typically, suppliers of stationery, electrical goods, medicines and sanitation products must hold valid trade registration and tax clearance certificates from all relevant provincial and federal authorities in Pakistan.
