Description / Scope of Work
The Forest, Wildlife & Environment Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from registered, authorized distributors, suppliers and well-reputed firms for the supply of three categories of items during the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses the supply of stationery items, repair of transport vehicles and motorcycles, and miscellaneous goods and services. The estimated tender value for each category is Rs. 4,000 with a call deposit of 5 percent of the total bid amount required from all participating bidders. This procurement notice is issued under the rules and procedures of Gilgit-Baltistan.
To participate in this tender, qualified firms and contractors must possess minimum three years of relevant experience in their respective fields and must submit proof of experience with their bidding documents. Bidders are required to have their own shop or workshop and must not have been blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government organization or FPRA. A call deposit in the form of demand draft or pay order must be made in the name of the Deputy Secretary Forest, DDO of the Forest, Wildlife & Environment Department from any scheduled bank in Gilgit-Baltistan. All bids with incomplete supporting documents will be rejected and furnishing of incorrect information will be liable to legal action.
Tender documents costing Rs. 4,000 each may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours before the closing date and time of 28th July, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The tender must be submitted in computer-typed form on stamp paper of Rs. 100 and must include a valid CNIC copy. All firms must provide a valid registration certificate and are bound to supply items at quoted rates during the financial year until 30th June, 2027. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender according to Gilgit-Baltistan PPRA 2021 Rule-36(1).
