Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education Gilgit Region invites single stage one envelope sealed tenders for three categories of services in Gilgit-Baltistan for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement includes repair of transport services, office stationery supplies, and other miscellaneous services as detailed in the tender notice. The bid security amounts vary by category: Rs. 100,000 for repair of transport, Rs. 50,000 for office stationery, and Rs. 50,000 for other services. Tender documents cost Rs. 4,000 for the first category and Rs. 3,000 for subsequent categories. This procurement is issued under reference number DE-5(1)/2026(Cash) and advertised for FY-2025-26.
Only registered government contractors, firms, and suppliers holding valid Form-C/SECP/PEC registration are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a call deposit issued by a Schedule Bank or KCBL GB in favor of the Director Education Gilgit Region. All bid documents must include complete details and specifications; incomplete submissions will be rejected outright. Bid prices must not be unrealistically higher or lower than prevailing general market rates. Affidavits confirming non-blacklisting status on legal stamp paper are mandatory from all participating companies and firms.
Bidding documents are obtainable from the office of the DDO Directorate of Education Gilgit Region on or before 30-07-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Tender closing is scheduled for 30-07-2026 at 10:00 a.m., with opening immediately following for repair of transport at 11:00 a.m., office stationery at 11:30 a.m., and others at 12:00 p.m. The maximum response time allowed is 17 days.
