For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Government is bundling three distinct service categories (vehicle repair, stationery supply, miscellaneous services) into one tender for FY2025-26 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Vehicle repair appears primary given highest bid security (Rs100k). Scale is modest—regional education department procurement, likely routine annual contracting. Tight 17-day window and same-day opening across three categories suggests administrative efficiency prioritization. Staggered opening times (11:00-12:00) indicate attempt to manage multiple bids sequentially.
Who can bid: Only registered government contractors eligible. Mandatory: valid Form-C (KCBL GB), SECP registration, or PEC certification (if construction-related). Must submit non-blacklisting affidavit on legal stamp. Call deposit bid security from Schedule Bank or KCBL GB required. Incomplete submissions rejected; prices must align with prevailing market rates.
