Procurement of Desktop PCs for IT Department by NED University of Engineering & Technology

Eligibility requirements are stringent and include possession of valid active registrations with SECP, GST, and SRB with active taxpayer status, minimum five years of continuous verifiable experience in the relevant field, and provision of complete audited financial statements for the last three consecutive fiscal years. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 200 million over the past three fiscal years as per FBR income tax returns, hold certification as an OEM Gold Partner or equivalent higher tier with a genuine Manufacturer Authorization Letter from the principal, and have successfully executed at least two independent purchase orders for desktop PCs each valued at minimum PKR 50 million or above within the last five years with satisfactory completion certificates. Additionally, bidders must submit an original non-judicial stamp paper affidavit confirming no litigation history, no blacklisting by any organisation, and no involvement in corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices. A fixed bid security of PKR 3.00 million is required in the mode specified under Rule 37(2) of SPPRA in favour of the Director Finance, NEDUET.
