Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Inspector General of Police, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from well-reputed and registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the procurement of two categories of goods and services for Commandant Reserve Police GB during the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers Transport Repair services and Diet Feeding for Horses, with a call deposit of Rs. 500,000 for each category. Both items are required to be supplied at the Commandant Reserve Police Office Sakwar Gilgit on the same rates throughout the financial year 2026-27.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax where applicable and possess a complete operational setup including own shop, store, or workshop with all required documentary evidence duly attested. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes with a bank draft of Rs. 500,000 attached as bid security to the technical proposal. Only bidders meeting the technical terms and conditions will qualify for financial evaluation. All taxes must be inclusive in the bid price, and rates must be filled in computerized format only; manually filled rates will not be accepted. Conditional, ambiguous, incomplete, abnormally high or ridiculously low bids will be rejected.
Bidding documents containing detailed lists and order instructions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted before the closing date and time. Transport Repair tenders will be opened on 29-07-2026 at 11:00 hours following closing at 10:30 hours, while Diet Feeding for Horses tenders will be opened at 11:45 hours following closing at 11:15 hours. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
