Annual vehicle repair & maintenance contract for GB Directorate's fleet, financial year 2026-27.
Scale appears medium—likely 15-30 vehicles based on directorate size and dual-region service requirement (GB + Islamabad). Notable: bidders must maintain physical workshop in Gilgit and possess spare parts inventory; market-rate band enforcement (±15%) suggests competitive local pricing; 12-month fixed-rate contract reduces renewal uncertainty but locks pricing in volatile input costs.
Who can bid: Government-registered firms only; minimum 5 years' vehicle repair experience with documentary proof (start orders/completion certificates). Require valid firm registration, Form C, or SECP certificate. Must own/operate workshop and spare parts shop in Gilgit. NTN/tax registration typically required though not explicitly stated.
