Procurement of spare parts and labor charges for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles.

District Police Officer Shangla at Alpuri Headquarters Unit invites open competitive bids from eligible firms, workshops, dealers and suppliers for the procurement of spare parts and labour charges for repair, maintenance and replacement of official vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work includes provision of repair, maintenance and replacement of spare parts with fitting and installation charges for official vehicles including Nissan Pickups, Hino, Isuzu, Muhafiz APC, Toyota Pickups, Foton Pickups, Honda Vego and Revo, Mitsubishi Pickups, and motorcycles in 125cc, 150cc and 250cc categories, along with provision of labour for repair and maintenance services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The bidding process shall be conducted under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage single envelope procedure via ePADS platform.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to provide a copy of NTN Certificate, active taxpayer status, CNIC of proprietor or authorized representative, proof of relevant business, at least two supply orders or repair contracts executed during the last three years, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, and bid security of Rs. 100,000. The bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in favour of DPO Shangla Headquarters Unit prior to the tender closing date. Failure to provide any mandatory document shall render the bid non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted electronically through ePADS and must remain valid for ninety days from the date of opening. All rates must be quoted in Pakistan Rupees inclusive of taxes, duties, transportation, fitting, installations and loading charges. The contract period shall remain valid from date of agreement to 30 June 2027 with fixed rates throughout the contract period. Opening of bids is scheduled for 05 August 2026 at 10:30 AM with technical bid opening at 11:00 AM at the District Police Office Alpuri.
