Pakistan LNG Limited invites bids for the supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) on a spot tender basis on a delivered ex ship (DES) basis under tender reference PLL/IMP/LNGT75. The tender concerns the procurement of one cargo of LNG with a delivery period from 21 to 22 July 2026. The LNG is to be delivered to the Pakistan Gas Port Consortium Limited Terminal located at Port Qasim. This spot tender is intended to meet immediate gas supply requirements for distribution to gas utilities operating in Pakistan. The contract will be structured under the MSPA (Memorandum of Understanding on the Principles for the Establishment of the Multimodal Sea Port Authority) framework with a Confirmation Notice detailing cargo specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Bidders must submit sealed envelopes containing technical information and commercial offers by 15 July 2026 at 1400 hours Pakistan Standard Time. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1430 hours and commercial offers of technically compliant bidders will be opened at 1530 hours on the same date. The bid validity period extends until 2200 hours on 15 July 2026. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee by 20 July 2026 or such date as PLL may advise. All bids must comply with PLL's technical and commercial requirements, and bidders should ensure their LNG carriers meet Port Qasim compliance standards.
