Individual Consultant (Advisory) for Centre of Excellence for Autism by Ministry of Federal Education

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites proposals for the hiring of one individual consultant on an advisory basis to support the establishment of a Centre of Excellence for Autism. This consultancy position is offered under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedure in accordance with PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010, and PPRA Rules 2004 Section 36(b). The consultant will provide strategic advisory services for the project implementation at the federal level in Islamabad. The position is a time-based contract offering advisory expertise to guide the centre's development, curriculum design, training frameworks, and operational protocols for autism education and support services across Pakistan.

Eligible consultants must meet the qualification requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference and be nationals of eligible countries as specified in Section 5 of this RFP. Consultants should possess relevant expertise in autism education, special needs assessment, curriculum development, or related professional fields. The proposal must include a sealed financial component stating the proposed monthly rate inclusive of all taxes. All documentation should be prepared in accordance with the standard forms provided in the RFP.
