Special Repair and Maintenance of 132KV Grid Station Building at Talagang by IESCo

IESCo Civil Division invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance works of the grid station building at the 132KV IESCO Grid Station located in Talagang. This civil works procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved for eligible payments under the contract. The project scope encompasses structural repairs, maintenance activities, and related civil work at the Talagang grid station facility. The tender will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and are eligible to participate if they meet the prescribed criteria outlined in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the specified format. Technical qualifications, experience in similar works, and financial capacity will be evaluated as part of the eligibility assessment.
