Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil works procurement relating to the revamping and upgradation of the IESCO Complaint Office located at Committee Chowk in Rawalpindi. This project is funded through reserved allocations for the financial year 2026-27 and encompasses comprehensive renovation and modernization of the complaint office infrastructure. The procurement process will be conducted through single stage-one envelope methodology using least cost based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The detailed scope of work includes structural improvements, facility upgrades, and associated civil construction works as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform to participate in the bidding process.
