IESCo seeks qualified contractors for specialized repair and maintenance of a control house at F-11 grid station—critical electrical infrastructure work in Islamabad.
The scope appears focused and defined (not greenfield construction), suggesting moderate complexity requiring structural and building systems expertise. Tight 7-month timeline from notice to July 2026 close indicates planning already underway; this is likely a one-off maintenance cycle rather than recurring work. Contractor must navigate ePADS e-bidding portal and demonstrate relevant experience with utility/electrical facility infrastructure.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 portal. For civil works, typically PEC category (likely C-II or above depending on contract value) required. NTN/SECP registration implied. Licenses and qualifications for civil works execution mandated per tender requirements (specifics in Bid Data Sheet). No explicit restrictions stated beyond standard eligibility criteria.
