For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

IESCO is procuring HT/LT structure supply and installation across two NA zones (47 and 51) in Islamabad district for village electrification under SDG/SAP funding.

This is a medium-to-large infrastructure works contract spanning multiple tehsils. Scale appears substantial given multi-NA coverage and SDG earmarking. The July 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation window. Recurring nature unclear but SDG/SAP framing suggests potential for follow-on schemes. Single-envelope procedure indicates straightforward evaluation without technical re-bids.

Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid licenses for electrical works and registration with relevant authorities (typically SECP/NTN for corporates; PEC registration typically required for construction/electrical works in Pakistan). Financial capacity and net worth thresholds apply per evaluation forms in bidding document. Bid securing declaration mandatory. Specific PEC category not stated.
