For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PAF is bundling 21 infrastructure contracts (water, gas, power, HVAC, minor building works) across Sindh residential and technical zones into one tender worth ~Rs52M.
This is a portfolio play—bidders need capacity to execute multiple small-to-medium works simultaneously rather than one large project. The 17-day window is tight for document collection and coordination. Military engineering work demands compliance-heavy submissions; expect scrutiny. Recurring maintenance contracts (generator/AC service, chemical supply) suggest ongoing relationship potential if you perform.
Who can bid: Must be on MES approved list D. Requires PEC registration, current NTN, GST certificate, and bank statements. No active litigation with government or outstanding inspection reports permitted. Tender documents issued only after credentials scrutiny. Typically, contractors also need relevant project experience demonstrated through past similar works.
