Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the shifting of existing water supply pipeline from sewerage manhole at Factory Area Chowk Islam Pura and Agriculture Office Iqbal Colony Road in Sargodha City, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2,389,041. This infrastructure work involves relocation of water supply lines to address operational and maintenance needs within Sargodha's water distribution system. The project is being procured through the Punjab e-Procurement System to ensure transparent and competitive bidding.
Bidders must hold a valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in category C6 and above with relevant code CE-10 (civil engineering construction). Bidders are required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) with valid NTN and PNTN for participation on the e-Procurement platform. A bid security of Rs. 119,453 (representing 5% of the estimated cost) must be submitted either via 1Link or through bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, transmitted via SWIFT MT 760.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Authority's website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk without any cost. Electronic bids must be submitted online by 09th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days.
