Description / Scope of Work
MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company) invites international competitive bids for the procurement of one 132KV Capacitor with a capacity of 400KVAR. This is a goods procurement under reference PMU-04/2026-27 (ICB) for supply to facilities in Multan Division, Punjab. The bidding process is conducted on a single stage-two envelope basis, with submission and opening procedures managed by the Manager Procurement (PMU) at MEPCO headquarters located at Khanewal Road, Multan City. This International Competitive Bidding (ICB) is open to eligible suppliers meeting specified technical and financial criteria.
Bidders must satisfy eligibility requirements including past experience in similar capacitor supply contracts, financial capacity and net worth verification, and average annual turnover documentation. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration with their proposals. All bids must be accompanied by the necessary technical specifications, performance guarantees, and an integrity pact as stipulated in the tender document.
