For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Three separate service facility leases offered on competitive bidding basis: cafeteria (Rs.
1.8M), photocopy/stationery (Rs. 480K), and tuck/general store (Rs. 720K). Critically, the university provides only designated space and site layout; bidders must fund and construct all infrastructure, fixtures and operational setup entirely at their own expense with no cost recovery. No pre-existing buildings exist. This represents a greenfield operation requiring substantial upfront capital and construction expertise. Bid security requirements are modest (5% of reserve). Contract period not explicitly stated but annual reserve prices suggest annual renewal basis.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities as applicable. Firms, companies and sole proprietors are eligible. Typically, Pakistani businesses must also hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number). BGNU employees are explicitly disallowed from participation. No specific business registration category is mandated in the notice.
