Janitorial Services Outsourcing by QHAMC Nowshera Medical Complex

Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (QHAMC) in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from well-established firms for the outsourcing of janitorial services for hospital and college buildings. This procurement is conducted through EPDAS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) under the single stage two envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The scope covers comprehensive facility maintenance and cleaning services for medical teaching institutions established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015. Bidders must be registered with income/sales tax and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and must be registered with KP-Revenue Authority (KPRA).

Bid security of Rupees 1,000,000 (One Million) must be submitted in original form as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in the name of Hospital Director QHAMC, Nowshera before the deadline in physical form. An affidavit is mandatory while uploading the technical bid, and security documentation must also be included in the financial bid. Eligible bidders should ensure all mandatory and relevant documents as specified in the bid solicitation document are uploaded on EPDAS.

Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions may be downloaded from EPDAS at https://kp.eporcure.gov.pk, KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk and QHAMC website at www.qhamc.gov.pk. A pre-bid meeting with interested bidders shall be convened on 30-07-2026 at 10:00 am in the conference room of the administration block. Bids must be submitted by uploading scan copies on EPDAS on or before 10-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 am in the conference room.
