For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

FSA seeks dual-service vendors for janitorial/cleaning plus cooking operations—likely institutional-scale with daily/ongoing requirements.
Government contracting implies stable, predictable demand but rigorous compliance scrutiny. Tight 7-month lead-time suggests either replacement of existing vendor or expansion. Dual-service requirement may screen out single-specialty competitors; assess internal capacity or subcontracting feasibility before bidding.
Who can bid: Must be registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax), listed on Active Taxpayers List. Typical requirements: NTN, valid tax returns, SECP registration if company structure. No PEC category stated (non-construction). Manual bids rejected; e-PADS registration mandatory.
