Provision of Furniture for Danish School Bhimber by Ministry of Federal Education

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit is inviting sealed bids from contractors duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the provision of furniture at Danish School, Bhimber. This invitation to bid covers furniture work with a net estimated cost of PKR 90,612,113 and bid security of PKR 4,980,605. The project scope and deliverables are detailed in the bidding documents available at the office of the Project Director. Interested firms must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bid document, which includes valid registration with relevant professional bodies and completion certificates of similar nature of work during the last five years. Bidders must possess valid licenses, proper financial standing, and authority letters regarding the particular works. The bid security shall be in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Project Director, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. Bid documents are available at the office of the Project Director located at 1st Floor, Pakistan Manpower Institute, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-7/1 Islamabad, or through the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2:30 pm on August 3, 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm using EPADS. The procurement follows Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Procurement Regulations 2009, and regulatory guidelines issued by the authority. All potential bidders registered in the EPRA are eligible to participate.
