Tower Poles and Stringing Material Supply by HAZECO

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for the carriage of tower poles and stringing material, including earth wire from Jamrud ware house to site store/site of work, construction of RCC foundation and pile foundations for tower erection at various locations in Sindh province. The scope encompasses stringing of LYNX conductor for crossing over river of 2 nos 11 KV feeders Jalkot and Khimla (Khapda deposit work). The estimated cost of the project is PKR 38,743,528.67 under the PEC category C-5 and Above (CE-02, CF-10, EE-08). This invitation for e-bids is open to all bidders meeting prescribed eligibility requirements, including registration with PPRA and FPRA for the year 2025-26, and valid engineering council registration demonstrating at least 15 years of construction experience. Bidders must be natural persons, private entities, or government-owned enterprises with active tax compliance. Bid security at 5% of estimated cost (in form of CDR original sealed copy) must be submitted. All bid documents will be available through the E-PADS acquisition system online portal at www.epa.org.pk. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS portal with bid opening scheduled for 31-07-2026 at 11:30 hours. Prospective bidders shall submit 2% bid security and must provide relevant work orders and completion certificates.
