Procurement of Dashboard, Video Wall, VDI and UPS Solutions by PRAL

Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of Dashboard Visualization, Video Wall, Enterprise VDI Solutions and UPS systems. Three separate tenders are being issued: Tender No. 40 covers procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of Dashboard Visualization; Tender No. 41 addresses procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of Enterprise VDI Solution; and Tender No. 42 encompasses procurement, installation, commissioning and testing of UPS systems. The procurement process will be undertaken in Islamabad, Federal province, following the single stage two envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders through ePADS portal at https://eads.gov.pk and https://eapm.ppra.gov.pk. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria and possess requisite licenses as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security requirements will be as outlined in the tender documentation for each tender number.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through ePADS on or before 31st July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. The Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 will address any procurement-related concerns.
