Description / Scope of Work
The Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Government of Punjab, Data Darbar Zone invites electronic bids for hiring of professional sound systems and outdoor SMD LED display screens on rent basis for the 983rd Annual Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (R.A) in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot-1 covers hiring of complete professional sound systems including power amplifiers, digital audio mixing consoles, and line array speakers such as D&B Technology Q-1 model for one day and three days respectively; hiring of outdoor SMD LED display screens for one day comprising two units of 20 ft × 10 ft, two units of 8 ft × 8 ft, and one unit of 12 ft × 9 ft with installation, testing, operation and dismantling services; hiring of outdoor SMD LED display screens for three days with specified dimensions; and a complete public address system. Lot-2 involves supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and removal of 4-Ton floor standing DC inverter air conditioner units on rental basis. The estimated cost for Lot-1 is Rs. 21,75,000 with bid security of Rs. 43,500, while Lot-2 is valued at Rs. 2,00,000 with bid security of Rs. 4,000. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax.
